This hit Norcal New Years. Over 70-80mph. Since then, every week, gusts to 45, 50 once 60...it's not the one off storm, it the unending relentless pattern of storms and cold, the cold has a different quality to it, like something -chemical? particulate matter? is in the atmosphere.
