Last semi-decent Disney was Moana in 2016. Nothing since.

Which is why I called Moana *semi-*decent.
You’re not wrong. Pedo symbology is stolen from other sources, including Polynesian art.
Moana, while still marginally acceptable, may have been a tipping point for what followed, which went way beyond stealing symbology by going overt with non-symbolic visuals and dialogue.
I think we both agree than everything after is rampant.
