In the video, we can clearly see kids playing in the playground and yet she didn't kill them (and thanks God she didn't do it) but it's strange.

I've been wondering myself, why only 3 kids? All these guns and you only get 3? Where were these 3 kids? Surely they would be locked down with the others in the classroom right? What about all the other classrooms? Why didnt the media report any injuries? How did she pick these specific 3 kids? Did she walk into a classroom shoot a couple of times and then go down the hall to shoot 3 adults in the office? If a child was in the hall, why? Shouldnt she be locked down with other students? It doesn't seem like something someone would do going on a rampage and just shooting randomly but only get 3 kids, no injuries and then 3 adults when you have this many guns.
When the officers arrived there was a lone woman outside the school who told the officer that there were two children unaccounted for. How did they so quickly assess that? What about the third? Why did inside the school look deserted? I sincerely believed the video was a reinactment because they didn't want us to see the children in harm's way or the suspect get shot.
