Anyone have more info on this? Or the video this clip is from? Everyone in my office is saying this is fake, send me the details so I can make them look dumb

my understanding from short clip I saw is that the witness says they deleted the files only after archiving them. what that means and how reliable archived data is relative to original data I have no clue
