I watched a body cam video last night that was confusing. There was a large domed building 9capitol type) that I didn’t recognize but then there were street seems that were obvious SF (ba for BART). The streets were littered with druggies who sitting on the streets shooting up in front of anyone and everyone. Unrecognizable. Elon is correct
