NATO member Finland breaks ground on Russia border fence

Work is underway on the initial 3-kilometre stretch of a barbed-wire topped, 3-metre-high fence planned to extend for about 200km when finished.

They're showing pictures of the old fence which was used to control cattle. This is what the new wall actually looks like
