Those in need of affordable housing usually have children and work full time trying to make ends meet. Prime pickings. I’m sure there will be lots of camps and after school programs.
Since they have gone woke, they probably have trouble getting good employees. The can use the housing to get and keep employees.
Like the company housing in the old mining towns.

I remember seeing some ad for luxury homes close to WDW with a starting price of $1.5 mil and this would have been 9 or 10 years ago. Can't imagine what the Disney version of "affordable" looks like.
