Finding chocolate without soy lecithin is nearly impossible. There is some at IKEA that we like. Also making condiments is fun and easy. I learn a lot from YT. Salad dressing is easy to dump in a mason jar and shake up. Mayo is easy to make and will last longer if you mix in some whey from organic Greek yogurt (the liquid) that makes it have live cultures so you can keep it 2 weeks or 3 instead of just days.
I lactoferment my own cucumbers and sauerkraut, then use the leftover liquid for my ketchup, bbq, and mustard.
