DWACU not trading

Anyone know why this might be? I see something about the company not filing a document in time, but it should not affect delisting yet.

DWACW and DWAC still seem to be going.

What delisting? BBBY is delisting but I've seen zero mention of DWAC which ain't a penny stock either.

The 8-k and 10-k are both out today so what document is missing?

Vanguard wouldn't let me buy DWACW last week by E*Trade did. Another reason to finish divesting myself from Vanguard.
