Polygraphs really aren't even admissible as evidence in court for the most part which speaks volumes. Some states that do allow them to be permitted, both parties have to agree for it to be entered into the record. Naturally one side is for and the other against it depending on which side the "results" favor so. They are a junk science and easily fooled/manipulated and prove nothing other than what we already know...some people are good test takers and others aren't.
