I have seen wine bottles fall 6 feet to the floor and not break. Or fall a foot and break. Doctors have to use some sort of tool to apply pressure to that bottle to be able to pull it out. I assume the chances of it shattering are high.

FYI: They have difficulties extracting large anal whatevers as there is always a vacuum behind it, so an incision is made to let air in to break the vacuum.
