This BS about "protected groups" needs to end. We've seen how a particular race of people are given favored status, protected status. I think it's become more acceptable for other protected / favored groups to spring up. None of this is constitutional. Our founding documents are clear about this: All men are created equal....not equal outcomes, not favored because of origin, race, gender, or any other characteristic. How absurd must all of this get before people start pushing back on all of this? On the basis of unconstitutionality, ALL of these statuses must be wiped away.

I'd think twice about it. Religion is a protected class. Might need that protection soon, look at the religiosity trends in the U.S., and think about how religious were treated in communist countries.
Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press; or the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the Government for a redress of grievances.
There are no protected classes, rightfully. You may be thinking of satanism and Islam as those who should be "protected"? Our country was founded on Christian principles and "Our Constitution was made only for a moral and religious people. It is wholly inadequate to the government of any other." (John Adams) We must find our titanium spines and stones to stand up for and insist on our founding principles.
Literally, there are protected classes, and religion is one of them.
No. Religious affiliation with Christianity has fallen 30% in the last 20 years, and those people didn't go to another religion, they went to atheist or agnostic.
If you don't see what a massive change and trend that is, you lack imagination.
OK handshake.
