A great way to spread diseases is to have people put their cell phones and jackets in bins with peoples' dirty shoes that have trace amounts of feces and random parasites.
But masks save lives! Government cares about you.

I mean, they have separate smaller bins for personal items that shoes don't fit in so I suppose that would be on you or whoever puts their phone in the big bins. I usually just put my jacket on my suitcase.
Maybe unintended side effect but if it was a conspiracy it was poorly thought out
True. Still, cell phones are dirty af. So they all commingle.
