Can someone explain this please. Is wells fargo going to collaps or are they causing someone elses?

I don’t know much about this but I believe both of your questions can broadly be answered with a yes. Closer to to the point your looking for, it looks like an external agency is issuing a notice to other banks that Wells Fargo is or may be about to default on payments.

The way I understand it is that Wells Fargo is in the same position as Lehman Brothers was a month before their collapse..
