They probably put out a bid every year or every few years. No different than the cafeteria food vendors. We had to bid the pizza contract every year.

Make ABSOLUTELY sure that EVERYTHING IS UP TO SNUFF AND DO NOT TAKE NO FOR AN ANSWER...School Systems are trying to automate a lot of things that are redundant and school districts are trying to save money because MONEY is going to start getting scarce rather quickly...

I thank the Lord my kids are out of school. My youngest dodged a bullet by graduating a year early. Her senior class did not have a graduation. Sad.
