Unable or UNWILLING? If they destroyed evidence of crime, that itself is a crime. But I'm sure in this cyber world, nothing is completely destroyed. There 's backups and digital archives of everything. Peter Schweitzer author of the book Clinton Cash has more than enough evidence he's gathered to convict them.
