Word of mouth is the cheapest and best form of advertising. Also a lawsuit against Google for suppressing you would lead to discovery and you could share that with everyone else to launch future class action lawsuits. People need to start holding these companies accountable and not just bypassing them. If you're paying for a service, then you need to hold them accountable.
