My father was there. Drafted age 19, US Army, Combat Engineer, First Wave, Utah Beach - and Battle of the Bulge and Battle of Kasserine Pass.

Beautiful and brutal piece. My grandfather survived D-Day, then died 3 days into the Battle of the Bulge.
