This is the German data. There is a site which published similar findings in the UK (ie that ~95% of batches have a reasonable adverse effect profile but ~5% of them were absolute poison). Further, we've seen the same in US data (search how bad is my batch dot com).

The key part for me is that after all of this first came to light, the FDA did not initiate an investigation. The US data was based on CDC's own VAERS data. At one point, I downloaded it myself and verified it on my own computer. It was real. And the FDA did NOT investigate. It is their legal responsibility to test each and every one of those batches. When there are recalls, they do it based on batch or lot number, information gleaned from that specific batch-by-batch testing. It was either an egregious dereliction of duty or they knew about it and approved.
