For frogs snacks this is so sad to watch. He needs to step down or be recalled he clearly cannot perform his duties anymore. The republicants should be ashamed of themselves for parading this shell of a man around just for his vote.

The same can be said about all the other members of Congress that are barely hanging on to life.
