Congress needs to look at, impose and police it’s own Code of Ethics, specifically insider trading, payout to sexual harassed victims from a secret slush fund by members of Congress, accepting bribes from donors and lobbyists, jaunts to foreign countries, “gifts“ from foreign governments, etc.
