Dershowitz: Jack Smith Could be Indicted for Fraud for Omitting Trump's 'Peaceful' Statement

Dershowitz accused Jack Smith of a lie of omission in the Jan. 6 indictment when he left out that Trump told people to protest "peacefully."

The other night while downtown playing music in a jam session, there was a guy there wearing a black "Jack Smith Fan Club" t-shirt. I thought to myself, I'm going to be so happy when this asshole sees what happens to Jack Smith and the entire cabal. If I ever see him again after that happens, I'll be sure to ask him, "Hey, where's your Jack Smith t-shirt?"
