San diego now has cameras in high crime areas running 24/7 and are supposedly only looked at when a crime has taken place.
These 15min areas would have to have every type of food selection for that community, hospital, grocery, car wash, library. Seems to be more of a hassle then planned unless some how they have that figured out. There enough empty buildings maybe they will force those property owners to sell for state run stores.
I think that once they gain control, they won't worry about providing services. Their ability to restrict food to the peasants says a lot. They really aren't going to allow the people to have cars or much of anything really.
