I found this dude on the tubes a month or two back, and the bold and brazen things he says about how badly Russia is doing made me curious.

Is this a blatantly propagandized channel, or is some of it true. As we all know, the war is clouded in mist and it is hard to discern what is what.

Any thoughts would be appreciated.
