I was contemplating the meaning of the helmet of salvation this morning. The helmet guards the head, salvation is an understanding in the mind.

Greak word is sozo, to be made whole or complete. We are complete, and spiritually healed, made whole in Jesus Christ.

I think the Holy Spirit teaches us what we're saved from too. As spiritual armor understanding our salvation and what we're saved from makes us "strong in the Lord".

The enemy can not defeat us when we know what our salvation is.

Colossians 1:9 For this cause we also, since the day we heard it, do not cease to pray for you, and to desire that ye might be filled with the knowledge of his will in all wisdom and spiritual understanding;

10 That ye might walk worthy of the Lord unto all pleasing, being fruitful in every good work, and increasing in the knowledge of God;

11 Strengthened with all might, according to his glorious power, unto all patience and longsuffering with joyfulness;

12 Giving thanks unto the Father, which hath made us meet to be partakers of the inheritance of the saints in light:

13 Who hath delivered us from the power of darkness, and hath translated us into the kingdom of his dear Son:

Revelation 14:2 And I heard a voice from heaven, as the voice of many waters, and as the voice of a great thunder:

The voice of Jesus Christ is in a people, the voice of many waters becomes the voice of the victors.

God wins.

The voice of many waters is the voice of the spiritual order of the 144,000, that have the Father’s name written in their foreheads.

The voice of many waters is in the midst of the 7 churches. We as the corporate body of one like the perfect son of man, are one clear voice of triumph and victory.

Revelation 1:13 And in the midst of the seven candlesticks one like unto the Son of man, clothed with a garment down to the foot, and girt about the paps with a golden girdle.14 His head and his hairs were white like wool, as white as snow; and his eyes were as a flame of fire; 15 And his feet like unto fine brass, as if they burned in a furnace; and his voice as the sound of many waters.

If you do not know triumph and victory, you have not yet learned the song of the 144,000.

Revelation 14:3 And they sung as it were a new song before the throne, and before the four beasts, and the elders: and no man could learn that song but the hundred and forty and four thousand, which were redeemed from the earth.

These victorious conquerors ride with Jesus Christ.

Revelation 19:11 And I saw heaven opened, and behold a white horse; and he that sat upon him was called Faithful and True, and in righteousness he doth judge and make war. 14 And the armies which were in heaven followed him upon white horses, clothed in fine linen, white and clean.

The song of the 144,000, the voice of many waters is never a song of defeat, it is always a song of victory and conquering.
