The question is was it developed in Ukraine and taken to Wuhan to blame China?

I believe it was brought there from Ukraine during the Wuhan military games in October 2019. I know Canadian soldiers who returned came back very sick . They were Isolated while on the plane returning back only to released back into their communities once they had landed.
