Jan 20th, 2021 when the National Guard took over Washington DC in the peaceful transfer of military power as stated by the general on Good Morning America. Joe Biden has never set foot in the White House. Neither has his puppet actor. They use a sound stage and Tyler Perry's mock White House in GA.

The military planning for the operation began in ~2008 is my guess when they realized the BO was a Manchurian candidate for the Muslim Brotherhood..
