Defense rests without calling witnesses in former DCFS workers' trial
Attorneys for two former Department of Children and Family Services workers charged in connection with the death of a 5-year-old Crystal Lake boy rested their case Friday without calling their clients, or anyone else, to testify.
What YOU allow is what will continue.
Fighting it with everything we have through the courts, but attorneys and PIโs are expensive. So far exposed corruption has done nothing. Still have a few unplayed cards, but the odds are most definitely stacked against us.
Iโm so sorry for what you are going through. Have you looked for advocates in your local area? Some lawyers in your jurisdiction will work pro bono for your case. Research. Donโt give up. Sending prayers to God in the name of Jesus.๐๐๐
Thank you. So far just paying out of pocket but thinking of setting up a GoFundMe and getting together more foster parents. They are making it so hard to do the right thing for these kids. There is NO interest in child protection.
