The context when Q said "Yes" when an anon asked "Are all of the anons safe?" was in the context of mkUltra. Anon was asking if they could turn anyone into a mkultra shooter.

Q also said "Not everything will be clean"

Well said. I was ignorant, albeit innocent, politically till my early 20‘s. And even then, it was slow. I‘ve made up for it from my 30‘s on. :-)
