I heard the EBS alert sound come from my Supervisor’s smart phone ~4:30-5pm Pacific Time.

They didn’t really have much reaction after checking their phone tho.

Today we get “Shelter in place”, in our grandparents day the message would have been “We need a hundred dangerous men ASAP”.
