I just had a hearing test at the VA, they have the bone to sound (voice to skull) technology, the Dr put a headphone per say but no speakers , it was a curved rod and it wasn't placed in or on my ears it touched my forehead and the back of my head , for a few minutes while it was connected I could hear everything perfectly.
