I forget what the difference was specifically. But they shut that shit DOWN when a couple of women ended up with thrombocytopenia. Myocarditis no big deal but we can't have ppl dying immediately.

I speculate J&J wasn't in on the deal or something and they got kiboshed

Had some J&J stock, sold it.

I hear about Pfizer, Moderna and Astra Zeneca. Nothing about J and J. J&J poisoned women with baby powder. I won't trust them.
