I suspect the “free” obamaphone is part of this. The tents always go up in the ghetto neighborhood right before elections. They can’t give those phones away fast enough.

My impression is that they excluded conservatives and sent reminders, a drum beat, a pied Piper to lead the droning liberal masses to the polls or to turn in mailin ballots.
