From Bill Cooper’s video collection. It’s been a long time since I watched this, but seems especially relevant now.
Commentator sounds like Kamala Harris.
Kek, at least she doesn’t cackle.
Honestly it looks like AI generated
Appeared to date from either 08 or 2014 from my own internet research
Perhaps so. It certainly is long.
Either way I'm not sitting through a 5-hour long video. I'm starting to notice that there's more and more content getting posted here that has that uncanny valley AI generated effect to it you know.
Suit yourself. Shadilay and o7.
I on the other hand was really excited that I had my entire weeks commute to and from work covered now with fresh material b4 the glaring inconsistencies we talked about 😢
Awww, I am sorry to hear that.I hope you find something more to your liking. Maybe try some of Bill Cooper’s Hour of Time broadcasts? (There’s links listed under that same channel.) Me —I’m listening as I prep for painting 800 square feet of high utility rooms. I’m up to WW2 now. But I usually have to listen to such long presentations many times to even get the gist. And I just dismiss whatever details don’t sit for me. And since it covers ancient Egypt up thru to modern times, there is much that I am ignorant about, disagree with, and/or evokes cognitive dissonance. That’s okay with me tho as I’ll get my space painted. 😉
I might stick with it. I get bummed out when there are kernels of obvious truth hidden among blatant untrue or incorrect things bc I feel that discredits the message as a whole and I end up spending more time wondering whether something is true and fact checking than understanding the message
Thanks for posting it though I love long listenable content like that
Totally get it and sometimes, same. Another channel you may like with long listenable content is Dark Journalist on You Tube. He’s got lots of contentious/questionable content but rarely opines. Plus the guy is a walking encyclopedia and pretty much just presents the facts as he’s found them. Some content is a bit too woo woo for me, but this segment is one of my faves:
Tesla, Trump, & The Time Capsule
Now back to wall prep for me. 🤗
I have listened to all of Coopers stuff esp the Mystery Babylon series which I listened to twice. Lol
Saving for later
55 mins in, seems a bit unchristian. Their description of catholicism while accurate seems to veer towards disparaging God's plan in general.
Also a blatant misquotation of "Kings 1 vs 36" claims to prove the Bible is calling for worship of Amun by the use of the word Amen? 🤔 dafuq?
Yea I find some of the postulations disturbingly heretical as well. I had heard that claim about amen/Amon previously but cannot recall where. I make no testament to the veracity of the content. Take what you can use and disregard the rest, I guess.
It seems to go along with a lot of the very in depth word association stuff I read on here sometimes. Some is interesting but at some point there are only so many letters and sounds to use tho.
Also why would the interchangeability of vowels in Hebrew mean an EGYPTIAN god name would be any variation of a 4 letter word with M and N in it? Lol
Amen Amon Aman Amen Amin Omen Omin Oman Omom etc etc
IDK I am not an etymologist, much less a translator in ancient languages. Still, word usage/meanings/intent do change over time. (Take the word “gay,” for example in just the last fifty years.) I personally am not gong to stop saying “amen” with pureness of heart.
Same
No one who has ever read the Bible would cite "kings 1 vs 36" because it's not even a proper citation.
1 Kings 1:36 is what they actually mean. Missing the chapter in their quote.
Why would someone use the Bible to try to prove something that was untrue?
IDK, seems to me people will use anything to substantiate a claim; the Bible no exception. 🤷🏻♂️
True. It just sort of ruins the message for ppl who understand. A casual Christian might be fooled
