IF devolution is real, who has the actual authority to deploy troops.? I thought either Trump would still be CIC or the devolution plan, whereby Trump turned the authority over to the military (I have seen video with a military person before the press stating the transfer of power to the military)….? My true hope is that Biden and congress can posture and make it appear they are ready for war but truly have ZERO power to declare and deploy. The Biden admin this far has given shitloads of money and such to Ukraine and many military ‘advisors’ were told to be there as well…..but no troops. Anyone have a sense for this topic?
