Supposedly they are overburdened by court orders forcing it to produce a certain amount of records pertaining to the authorization of the Pfizer and Moderna COVID-19 vaccines by "courts in Texas." So they got an exception to completing production of FOIA requests within the statutorily required time frame.

I suspect the the worst from the FDA, as I have no confidence they are "here to help us."

I think they are just trying to buy time to hide documents. You see how much confidence I have in them. LOL
