Who cares. Its a "lander" the size of a commercial washing machine, that doesn't lift off the moon. Its just a little cabinet full of tinkertoy experiments. China put a lander down a couple years ago. Even fucking India has landed on the moon. Japan almost did. It will be like climbing Everest soon.

Wake me up when its a full-on man-rated lander and return mission.
