At around 1:20:00-1:22:30 Vanden Bossche says it. He also spoke to Steve Kirsch and said the same thing. Yes, it sounds crazy, but he was a head scientist for Gates’ vaccine program so I am paying close attention.
At 1:22:26 he does say he's not talking about months, he's talking about days and weeks. By that video is three weeks old as of today. I fully believe his explanation of what has happened and the upcoming problem he describes, but so far it doesn't look like it is happening at any large scale yet.
