To be able to get rid of all possible controls and check-ins, the pedovors in higher places have created new laws and regulations to deregulate the old system of vetting. They have put in motion two programs: 1- LIVE ART 2-Art For Embassies.

I remember an episode of Bosom Buddies (This is the sit-com Tom Hanks got his start in) in which they went to an art exhibit and one of the exhibits was a guy (living) chained to the wall.
