What do we do if it actually comes to civil war?

Like the particulars? What do we do if our government makes life impossible for us and actively begins killing us? Who do we go to? Who do we group up with to defend ourselves? Just because they're the government doesn't mean we have to sit there and let them murder us. How do we continue living our lives with bombs flying overhead?
