K, if they get good people, I'm not sure those requirements are necessary. We have friends who are doctors and they're good at taking tests. If they had to face someone with a gun, they'd likely piss themselves and either drop dead or surrender. On the other hand, men like my grandfather never finished high school but they won WWII and Korea. My grandfather became a multimillionaire through hard work. He taught himself Algebra, Geometry and Physics. One of his friends became a billionaire. This man dropped out to help support his family when he was 9 yrs old. Both men and some of their friends, and millions of other men and women throughout the US and the world were brilliant even without high school and university educations. More education does not necessarily mean more intelligence.
