I just remember B. Riley securities owns 300 million shares of bobby. If you can't buy bobby you can buy their shares. They are at a decent price now.

Thats what was said on Teddy, I don't know the number of shares they own. Look for the one year anniversary post.

Edit. Regards are also buying the 2034 and 2044 bonds they are convertible to shares.
