Many people are dehydrated, so the first thing with headache is "drink more water". If drinking water feels like you don't really get anything out of it, try a small sprinkle of salt in it, because you might be low on minerals.
Then there's posture, which can cause headaches too, so a head and back massage or changing posture can help.
Sometimes it's just being in a place without enough oxygen and that causes a headache.
If you have a stuffy nose, that could also cause a headache, and you could rinse out your air ways with salt water or steam.
There's also food that can cause headaches, so that's something that you can experiment with, avoid processed food, certain veggies or sauces, use butter instead of margarine, etc.
First thing you should do is to figure out what causes the headache (when do you get it?). I hope these ideas help a bit.
