These assholes think he has no power over them. His real estate has the power to devastate a community for DECADES if he leaves it shitty and vacant. They are complete dumbasses. How much of NYC does he own?

I like it lol Liquidate and leave them empty, but keep in real estate portfolio. Effectively already habbening in San Fran. Wait for Bezos to finish his Florida mansion and build an office next door that’s larger than his mansion.
