I've posted before regarding my 92 y/o dad. My dad gets gout and suffers with it and it pains me to watch him deal with it. He started working when he was 13, was a lifer in the AF, worked when he got out, never stopped, even when he retired he always had a project. I go to his house early every morning, around 7 am. He said he could feel his gout coming on, as time progresses gout just gets worse. I have a stash of ivermectin at his house in case the need arises. I decided why not give him one, it can't hurt. Well hell, by the next morning the gout was gone. He said that has never happened...he was smiling. He has to deal with this every couple months so I'm going to stay on top of this and hope this is the answer.

I'm not surprised, and glad it's working for your Dad.
I developed Osgood-Schlatter, in the form of a splintered tibea, when I was in 7th grade. Then, a year later my best friend was goofing around, tripped me, and I fell striking the lower mantle of their fireplace, chipping 3 pieces of bone off that area of the tibea. Later in high school (Sr), I had to have surgery to remove the bone fragments and plane down the tibea (looked like I had 2 kneecaps). I've struggled with intense knee pain every day since 7th grade, almost 48 years. 18 yrs ago, after eating copious amounts of shellfish for months on end (business dinners), I developed Gout, compounding my intense knee pain. I curtailed my diet to avoid flare-ups instead of going on meds. I began my Ivermectin regimen in 2020, and my knee pain has steadilly decreased. Today, I rarely have any knee pain, no aches, and I can easily kneel on it, without any ill effect.
I'd say it helped. Without a doubt!!!
May I ask, what is your regimen? I too have knee pain. Hadn’t thought of taking ivermectin for it but I have a bunch. Worth a try!
When I first started in 2020, I was taking a dose every few weeks, while everyone was Coviding around (had the Flu). After 4 months, I started taking a dose every 3 months in the warmer months and every 2 months in the Winter months. That's where I'm at now. Have never had a single ill effect. In fact, I get a boost of evergy and clearer thinking a couple days after taking a dose.
I haven't been sick at all, since Dec 2019.
