I stopped buying national brand packaged foods slowly from past 3 years after realizing most of them contain toxic chemicals that our body has aversion to. Last time I bought a snack food was 3 months ago - Nutella biscuits that contains DISODIUM DIPHOSPHATE that my body didn't like and had a detox episode the next day and had to throw out the entire packet.
Usually if you consume them in small quantities like the serving size (or less) recommended on the label, body doesn't complain much. However those toxins accumulate in the body slowly and over time it reaches a threshold for detox.
In your face! They're not hiding it anymore!
Who stop eating them? I do.
I cannot boycotting most of these demon companies so far.

AT & T, Walmart, Amazon (all those national brands) also. Currently thinking about Planet Fitness but not too many gyms in small town.

I agree, companies like Amazon and Walmart are bit difficult to give up, yet - unless you have lots of money to buy stuff locally.
Exercise at home, fren! That's what I do. Twice a day - morning and night. Just came from a 2 mile jog at 11:45pm, since I am a night owl.. hehe..
Stretching and joint exercises can be done anywhere. If you want to work the muscles, there are rubber bands, etc. Gyms are overrated.
