odysee for video and streaming is not doing as well as rumble but seems to be one of the good guys as well.

And I've heard locals is also ok - dont know much about this one.

Locals and Rumble will always be lockstep but technically different. I believe Viva and Barnes wrote the TOS for locals and updated Rumble’s.
