George Alan Kelly, 75, was charged with the killing of Gabriel Cuen-Buitimea, a Mexican national found dead on Kelly's sprawling ranch in January 2023.

Great news. But that article is wrong! One line in the story: …. “Last week, a jury failed to reach a verdict after one hold-out juror refused to convict.”

No! One juror failed to acquit! It was 7-1 not guilty! The article makes it sound like it was 7-1 to convict. Big difference!
