Do you really expect me to believe that people that went out of their way to be ambiguous by calling it "pizza" would use the words "session", "poor health", "not expected to survive", and mentioning images of "severe torture" being on sale?

That's like a mafia conversion about "delivering the cannoli" being code for "killed".
