It's not a psyop. It's helped to create a beast that is rising up out of the sea of humanity. The old guard is currently riding the beast, but the beast will turn on her, and destroy the "old guard" as humanity rises and takes over. The Q plan is right on schedule. It just might not be leading people to the utopia they think it is.
